get max date within a quarter

Hi,

i have the following dates:

1-1-2014

2-1-2014

3-1-2014

4-1-2014

4-22-2014

6-1-2014

I need to get the max date(s) from the list for each quarter, so I will need to end up with this:

Quarter  MaxDate

Q12014  3-1-2014

Q22014  6-1-2014
